Ici, le cabot s'improvise chef cuisinier et se lance dans la confection d'une pizza. Comme à l'habitude, il sème la pagaille sur son passage, se laissant porter par son imagination qui s'emballe. Il ne tarde en effet pas à se voir à la tête d'un restaurant au comptoir duquel les clients se pressent, réclamant tour à tour un chien-chaud ou une "napolitaine" (lui entend "un chapeau et des mitaines"), qu'il leur sert en prenant leurs demandes au pied de la lettre...
