Reunited at last with his twin brother Neville, Clive Folliot and his
troop escape to the next level of the Dungeon—a place straight out
of Dante’s Infernol. They must cross boiling rivers and bottomless
chasms, passing the terrors of the Lake of Fire to reach their goal,
the forbidding Palace of the Morning Star. What horror awaits them
there? Now that they have seen how the Dungeonmasters play with
clones, can they believe anything they see? Reality itself seems to be
slipping away as they continue their quest for a way out of the prison.
